Tara Gautam was born in the Netherlands but at a young age traveled with her Indian father and Dutch mother around the world. She lived in India, went back to basics in Madagascar and in a war zone on the Turkish borders with Iraq. Tara studied art school in the Netherlands, film in the US and did her internship in Mumbai. Since then she has been directing documentaries, music videos and eventually ended up in the advertising industry. In 2015 she won the cover for the New Dutch Photography Talent by GUP and was exposed on the cover of lgbt Glitterwolf Magazine in the Uk.
